The Cellular Phone | Move The Start Of ‘new Era’ For Wireless Zone

In the news: Wireless Zone Norwich has changed only a couple of feet from its one-time space in Salem Plaza, but owners Todd Postler is mission it a “new era” for his business. The Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce, of that Postler is clamp chairman, hosted a ribbon-cutting rite Wednesday.

Where is it exactly? The cellular phone store changed two doors down, from Suite 110 at 77 Salem Turnpike to Suite 108.

More space: The aged store was 700 block feet and had assigned Suite 110 given 1996. The new store is 1,200 block feet.

More employees: Postler paid for the business in 2001. It had 4 employees at the time. Today, Wireless Zone Norwich employs eight. Dave Munkelt, a California local who lives in Lebanon and has 30 years of sell attention experience, not long ago was declared manager.

Importance of family: Postler’s wife, Susan, and their 3 children, Abigail, Kimberly and Andrew, attended. Postler thanked his wife, young kids and about 30 people in attendance the rite for their loyalty. Among the dignitaries present were Norwich City Manager Alan Bergren, Alderman Tucker Braddock Jr. and state Rep. Kevin Ryan, D-Montville.

Quotable: “You’ve enabled me to have a vocation and live in this community,” Postler told the audience. “I do not take that lightly.”
