Mobile Phone System | Motorola Sues Apple For Patent Infringement

The case filed in a Florida sovereign justice on Wednesday is the ultimate spin in a bigger legal fighting between Apple and Motorola Mobility, that runs its phones on Google’s Android program — the greatest opponent of Apple’s iOS mobile phone system.
Motorola mentioned the patents cited in the ultimate legal case are the same ones it is fighting to safeguard in a not similar Florida lawsuit. This censure is against two of Apple’s ultimate products, the iPhone 4S and Apple’s iCloud remote storage service for song and other media, Motorola said.
In the lawsuit, Motorola mentioned it was suing Apple for infringing 6 of its patents involving technologies connected to wireless antennae, software, information filtering and messaging.
